About RS Construction
Dallas Residential General Contractor
The best projects are the ones where the client, the contractor, and the design team are working in true partnership. We don't just build structures; we help people realize their most personal spaces. By collaborating early in the planning phase, we ensure accurate budgeting, efficient timelines, and seamless project execution.
Based in the Dallas area, our team understands the architectural styles, permitting requirements, and construction standards unique to Park Cities and the surrounding Dallas communities.
We work with both individual homeowners ready to transform their space and designers seeking a trusted contractor to execute their vision with precision. Whether you're planning a complete home remodel, a ground-up custom build, or a thoughtful addition to your existing home, RS Construction brings the experience, organization, and hands-on commitment to see it through — on time and to your standards.

Who We Work With
Built for Homeowners & Design Professionals
Homeowners
You have a vision for your home and you need someone you can trust to carry it out. We make the construction process straightforward, keeping you informed and in control from start to finish. Whether this is your first renovation or your fifth, we tailor our process to your experience level and your goals.
Interior Designers
We understand that your reputation is on the line with every project. We show up prepared, communicate proactively, and execute the plan as designed — no shortcuts, no surprises. Many of the designers we work with come back to us project after project because we make them look great.
